Why I made this
I made the Breathable Reset because I kept hearing from moms who were white-knuckling their way through the school year — holding their breath, waiting for something to go wrong, wondering why it all felt so heavy when they loved their kids and chose this life.
I didn't want to give them a course or a checklist. I wanted to give them ten minutes. Ten minutes to stop. To breathe. To hear the truth that the hard day doesn't disqualify them — and that they are not alone in it.
That's it. That's why it exists. Because sometimes the most important thing isn't more information. It's permission to exhale.

A word from Inga
I know what it feels like to hold your breath through an entire school year. To love your kids, to choose this — and still feel like it's too much. I know what it's like to wonder if something is uniquely wrong with you, when really, you just needed someone to sit beside you and say: I see you. This is hard. And you can do this.
The Breathable Reset isn't a productivity hack or a motivational pep talk. It's 10 minutes of truth, breath, and prayer — rooted in the same framework I've built my entire coaching practice on. Because hard days don't cancel your calling.
"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light." — Matthew 11:28–30
